B2--6008 crank shaft polishing machine is the new type

polishing machine which has novel structure,advanced echnology,

completed performance,reliable precision, reasonable layout and

has advantages of covering small area as well as high

utilization ratio.

Suitable for polishing crank journals and crank-pins in

order to improve the precision and roughness of the workpiece.

The movements of forward and backward of polishing head are driven by hydraulic

system,and rotary speed and vibration frequency is stepless. The button on the

operation panel conveniently controls the movement of the machine.

The machine is equipped full accessories and has wide-range usage. Besides for

polishing crank shaft,the machine is also suitable for polishing spindle and

camshaft.

Working precision and roughness

The machine couldn't damage the original grinding precision of the workpiece,

and roughness can be improved one step after the polishing.
