How do we do our work ?

With our experiences working with our customers in different industries for more than 20 years, we are able to a apply our knowledge about bearings and production of bearings to our customers specific needs. We offer not only the standard bearings / rollers / parts for different applications, but also special products designed and made as per customers' requirements. Here is what we do ::::: We have our R&D team to study - design - prototype - validation of design. We then have our sample trial team to run small lot production during which we will develop all kinds of tools and fixtures required for massive production. After final approval, our massive production starts.
　

Quality Control

In-plant Quality Control:
Review of bearing design : we advise our customer if we feel there is better way to do.
Review of manufacturing plan
Raw material quality control : we use the highest quality steel balls and materials only.
Spare part incoming quality control : we inspect and record each and every lot strictly.
Heat treatment quality control : hardness checking and metallurgical structure check when needed.
Turning and grinding tolerance control : please visit our standard room when possible
Assembly quality control
Washing and pre-packing quality control
Bearing spare part sorting and grouping
Finish bearing inspections and sorting
Bearing anti-rusting capability test (verification)
