Our quality control system is made up of following stages:

1) Factory audit: We normally propose our customers different factories based on their quality requirement. We will evaluate the factory management as well as quality control system afterwards together with the customer according to some of the regulations in ISO9001:2000 or TS16949.

2) Inprocess quality control: We visit the factory during the production of our order and find out the problem at 1st time, if any. The inspection normally is made up of roundness, profile, roughness testing of the rings, steel ball grade inspection, grease brand inspection etc.

3) Quality inspection before delivery: We inspect the bearings before delivery of each order. Inspections normally cover noise testing, vibration testing, OD, ID checking and life testing if required by customer.

4) Quality control after delivery: In many cases, various small issues like consistency of bearing quality, outlooking of bearing, packing of bearings etc. are improved after several orders. We do active coordination between customer and manufacturers.

By strictly following abovementioned procedures, our quality complains from customers had reduced significantly in the past years and we are wining continuous business from our customers.
